• SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix는 이중 라벨 가수분해 프로브(예: TaqMan® 프로브)를 사용하여 빠르고 고감도로 재현 가능한 프로브 기반 qPCR 분석을 위한 5배 농축, 

  즉시 사용 가능한 솔루션 으로 동시에 최대 5개의 대상.

 

• 새로운 in silico 설계 SolisFAST® DNA 중합효소와 빠른 핫스타트 및 최적화된 버퍼를 결합한 이 qPCR Mix는 정확한 표적 검출 및 정량화를 제공합니다.

 

• 추가 편의를 위해 혼합물에는 캐리오버 오염을 방지하기 위해 UNG 처리를 가능하게 하는 dUTP 및 UNG 효소가 포함됩니다.

 

• 이 마스터 믹스는 TaqMan® 프로브 용으로 개발 되었지만 다른 가수분해 프로브 유형에도 적합합니다.
