Description
• HOT TERMIPol® DNA 중합효소는 화학적으로 변형된 TERMIPol ® DNA 중합효소입니다. 상온에서는 폴리머라제 활성이 없는 불활성 상태입니다.
• HOT TERMIPol® DNA 중합효소는 95ºC에서 12-15분간 배양하면 완전히 활성화됩니다. 이것은 비특이적으로 어닐링된 프라이머의 확장을 방지합니다.
이 효소는 5'→3' 중합효소 활성을 포함하고 있으며 비전통적인 뉴클레오티드(ddNTP 및 표지된 ddNTP)를 통합하기 위한 향상된 효율성을 제공합니다.

• Unit definition: One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to catalyze the incorporation of 10 nmol of dNTP into an
acid-insoluble form in 30 minutes at 74ºC.
