제품설명 및 원리
Hybloc™ Competitor DNA는 genomic DNA의 repetitive sequence fraction으로 target에 binding하는 repetitive DNA를 제거하기위해 Blocking이 필요한 모든 실험에서 competitor DNA의 효율적인 치환제로 사용한다. 예를들어 in situ Hybridization, Southern blots, microarray technology, 등에 사용된다.
Hybloc™ Competitor DNA를 사용한 hybridization 실험은 signal intensity를 증가시키고, repetitive DNA와 비특이적으로 결합하는 background noise 양을 감소시켜 원하는 결과를 얻을 수 있다.
현재 종별로 (Mouse, Rat, Human, Bovine, Ovine, Porcine) Hybloc™ Competitor DNA가 있다.
