제품설명 및 원리
GE-100은 PAGE나 agarose gel electrophoresis 실험 시 사용한다. Electrophoresis chamber는 DC power supply가 장착되어있다. Chamber cover와 gel migration board는 부식되지 않도록 engineering plastic으로, 전극은 내구성이 좋은 백금으로 만들었다.110V 50/60Hz에서 작동한다. 필요할 경우 220V 50Hz로 작동할 수 있는 transformer를 제공한다.
