Whole Transcriptome Linear RNA Amplification

Genisphere사 RNA Amplification product line은 모든 실험에 적용 가능한 sense-strand RNA를 제공하고있다. RNA sample에 따라 최적의 kit를 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.

Two rounds of RNA Amplification

RampUP & RampUP Plus - ≥250,000배 이상 RNA amplification 가능. Genisphere 사에서 개발한 Tandem RNA Polymerase Promoter (TRPP)를 사용해 최소 10ng의 total RNA를 사용하여 정확성과 재현성이 뛰어난 RNA amplification이 가능하다. qRT-PCR, glass microarrays, GeneChip arrays 같은 downstream compatibility 가능하다.

One rounds of RNA Amplification

SenseAmp & SenseAamp Plus - ≥1,000배 이상 RNA amplification 가능. 최소 25ng~2ug의 total RNA를 사용하여 정확성과 재현성이 뛰어난 RNA amplification이 가능하다. qRT-PCR, glass microarrays, GeneChip arrays(SenseAmp Plus) 같은 downstream compatibility 가능하다.

Low Molecular Weight RNA Amplification

SenseAamp Plus – severely degraded RNA, piRNA, miRNA, snRNA, hnRNA 등과 같은 Low Molecular Weight RNA sample을 위한 protocol을 사용하여 ≥1,000배 이상 RNA amplification 가능. qRT-PCR, glass microarrays, ELOSA applications 같은 downstream compatibility 가능하다.
