UltraAmp™ Multi-Assay Signal Amplifier는 high sensitivity detection을 위한 시약으로 multiple different detection label과 targeting moieties, specific assay에 유용하다. Assay 특성, dendrimer 크기, application에 따라 기존의 상용되는 제품보다 최대 200배의 signal을 detection할 수 있다.Protein arrays, ELISA, Bead Flow (Luminex), Nucleic Acid Arrays 실험에 사용해본 결과 각 실험마다 high sensitivity detection을 확인할 수 있었다.70가지 다양한 UltraAmp™ 시약을 실험에 맞게 선택하여 사용 가능하다. 일반적인 detection reagent처럼 하나의 tube에 담겨있다.

UltraAmp™ Multi-Assay Signal Amplifiers

3DNA signal amplification reagents available with choice of labels and targeting moieties. Signal tube reagents can be used in a wide range of protein and nucleic acid assays. Increase in sensitivity up to 200 fold depending on amplification reagent, target, and application. Reagent concentration is 10 ng/µl.
