3DNATM microarray detection kit는 sensitive하고 빠르고 간편한 protocol을 제공한다. Total RNA sample을 가지고 높은 정확성과 재현성있는 결과를 얻을 수 있다. Sample과 실험방법에 따라 알맞은 kit를 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.

► Total RNA & Poly(A) RNA Labeling Kit

1. Array 900 kit는 concentration step이나 purification step없이 적은 양의 total RNA (0.25~1.0ug from intact eukaryotic sample)로 cDNA array나 oligo array 실험이 가능하다.

2. Array 350 kit는 cDNA array나 oligo array 실험시 적은 양의 intact eukaroytic sample(1~5ug total RNA)을 검출해야 하기 때문에 유용하다. Array 350 kit는 실험 소요시간이 적고 감도 높은 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 많은 양의 RNA sample을 사용할 경우 two extra-easy protocol만 첨가하면 된다.

3. 적은 양의 손상된 sample이나 prokaryotic sample을 detect할 경우 (0.5~2ug total RNA, or 25~100ng poly(A) + RNA) Array 900MPX kit를 사용한다. Array 900MPX kit는 dT primer와 random primer를 모두 사용하기 때문에 어떤 종류의 RNA도 sample로 사용 가능하다. 예를 들어, sample이 부분적으로 손상됐다 하더라도 만족할만한 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

4. 적절한 양의 sample (10~20ug total RNA)을 detect할 경우 Array 50 kit를 사용한다. Direct incorporation의 간단한 실험방법으로 감도 높고 재현성 있는 amino-allyl labeling이 가능하다.

1. Array 900DNA Kit는 oligo array, cDNA array, BAC/PAC array 실험시 모든 DNA sample을 labeling 할 수 있다. Array 900DNA Kit는 빠르고 간편한 실험방법으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 그리고, 모든 종류의 array 실험 시 최소량의 sample을 사용하여 원하는 결과를 얻을 수 있다.
