• FIREScript ® 역전사효소(RT)는 유전적으로 조작된 MMLV(Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus) 기반 역전사효소입니다.

• 이것은 ssRNA 또는 ssDNA로부터 상보적인 DNA 가닥을 합성할 수 있는 RNA-directed DNA 중합효소이며 37°C ~ 60°C의 광범위한 반응 온도에서 활성입니다. 

• FIREScript ® RT는 RNA 검출을 위한 강력한 효소이며 최대 1개월 동안 활성 손실 없이 실온에서 안정성이 향상되었습니다. 

  이 RT에는 RT-qPCR(정량적 역전사 PCR)의 감도를 증가시킬 수 있는 기능적 RNase H 도메인이 포함되어 있습니다.

• Unit description: One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 1 nmol of dTTP into acid-precipitable 

                                 material in 10 minutes at 37°C using poly(rA)•oligo(dT) as a template in a total reaction volume of 50 μl. 

• Storage and dilution buffer: 50% glycerol (v/v), 20 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5 at 25°C, 100 mM KCl, 0.1 mM EDTA and stabilizers.
